Teaching Social and Emotional Learning skills is the latest fad but what does it actually look like in the classroom? This session features the tools, strategies and practical approaches for traditional and PBL teachers to teach the five core SEL competencies to ALL of their students integrated into daily learning experiences.​
Transformative Project Based Learning cultivates academic content and Social and Emotional Learning skills simultaneously. In this workshop educators will design their own SEL integrated project through experiencing the PBL process themselves. Teachers from all levels and content areas will partake in a PBL environment full of SEL protocols instantly transferable to any classroom.
